Common Help Topics
Timing Sessions
Pit Wall Stopwatch lets you start, pause, resume, and reset stopwatch sessions. It supports 1-driver, 2-driver, and 4-driver views.
Laps And Splits
Use laps and splits to record timing points during a session. Summaries and exports are based on completed lap data.
Driver Labels
You can add labels for drivers or sessions. Labels are stored locally on your device.
Restore
If the app is closed while timing is active, Pit Wall Stopwatch can restore the active timing session from local device storage.
CSV Export
You can export completed lap data as a CSV file. The app opens your device share sheet so you can choose where to send or save the file.
If a sharing option does not appear, check that the destination app is installed and supports CSV or file sharing.
Sound, Haptics, And Glove Mode
Sound and haptic feedback can help during timing. Glove mode adjusts the app interface for easier trackside use. If sound or haptics do not work, check both the app settings and your device sound, vibration, and silent-mode settings.
Keep Screen Awake
Pit Wall Stopwatch can keep the screen awake during timing so the stopwatch remains visible while in use.
